Proverbs 3:5-6

I’ve never really written anything in the last month or so? or maybe it was longer? or maybe sooner? Oh well….anyways! I’ve come to a realization that this is a big year for me. I’ll finally be seeing my dream take its place…being a nurse and all. By this summer or early fall, I’ll be nervous and anxious. It’ll be the moment in my life where I find out if I stay here, San Diego, or leave a place I’ve always known and start a new chapter elsewhere after 20 years of my life here. It’s a scary feeling waiting on that one letter that may steer my future, especially when all your family looks to you to be the successful one. It’s not easy being the first born girl in the U.S. because my family counts on me. I want to make not just myself proud, but my family. The same family that puts me down because I’m never around, but little do they know that a lot of things I do are because of them. I want to be the successful one to graduate and help them out once they reach this milestone in their life. I’m sure whatever God has in store for me will be the better way. I just gotta keep moving forward and do what I do, or even better.
